(01) The short version

The short version

Silver Solutions is a logistics company covering warehousing, road transport and project management, with 35 years of combined expertise. Its old website didn’t show any of that. I redesigned it to lead with impact, made the services easy to find, added SEO foundations and gave visitors a simple way to request a quote.

(02) The situation

The situation

The company had decades of experience and a wide range of specialist services. The website undersold all of it. Visitors couldn’t quickly see what Silver Solutions did, who it did it for or why it was better than the next logistics company.

(03) What we built

What we built

  1. 1

    Lead with the impact

I used the pyramid principle: key capabilities and achievements first, supporting detail after. Busy buyers get the answer before they get bored.

  2. 2

    Clear structure

A rebuilt site structure so each service and industry is easy to find, on desktop and phone.

  3. 3

    Real visuals

High-quality visuals of the actual facilities, equipment and logistics operations.

  4. 4

    A streamlined quote request

A simpler request form and clear calls to action on every service page, so ready buyers could act straight away.

  5. 5

    SEO foundations

Content written around the company’s services and industries, using SEO best practice from launch.

(04) What happened

What happened

After launch, Silver Solutions saw more website traffic, longer visits and more inquiries and quote requests. The published case study doesn’t include exact figures, so I won’t invent any here.

From the published Silver Solutions case study. Results were reported qualitatively, without figures.

(05) What I’d tell you

What I’d tell you from this one

Logistics buyers aren’t browsing for fun. They want to know if you can move their thing, where, and how to get a price. Every page now answers those three questions first.
