Lead count from Kali’s outreach program (Matthew, Oct 2026). Studio details from kalihealthandfitness.com. Individual results vary with market, offer and follow-up.
(01) The short version
The short version
Kali Health & Fitness is a strength and yoga studio in San Gabriel, California, the kind of place members call home. A studio like that grows one new face at a time. I ran two months of outreach to find those faces, and it delivered 87 leads for the studio to follow up.
(02) The situation
The situation
Kali runs 50-minute classes (Kali Sculpt, Kali Flow and Kali Restore) out of one studio on North San Marino Avenue. The product was already there: good instructors, free parking, and a first week that costs $7.
What a single-location studio needs on top of that is a steady supply of local people who haven’t walked in yet. Word of mouth is lovely. You just can’t put it on a calendar.
(03) What we built
What we built
- 1
A list built for one studio
Prospects picked for a studio in one place, not a national blast to anyone who has ever owned a yoga mat.
- 2
Messages that sound like a person
Short and friendly: who Kali is, what a class feels like, and one easy next step.
- 3
Follow-up
Polite follow-ups for everyone on the list, because one message on its own is a coin toss.
- 4
Leads handed straight over
Every interested reply went to the studio to book in, while it was still warm.
(04) What happened
What happened
Over two months, the outreach produced 87 leads for Kali. That works out to roughly ten a week.
For one studio, that’s a steady stream of new names for the front desk instead of waiting on the next referral.
(05) What I’d tell you
What I’d tell you from this one
Next time I’d agree from day one on what happens after the lead: first class booked, intro week started, membership. 87 leads is the number I can show you. How many became regulars is the studio’s number, and honestly the more interesting one.
